Terms of Service
Last updated May 23, 2026
Acceptance
By signing in to the Ninja Communications Client Portal at portal.ninjacomms.io (the “Portal”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Portal.
Who can use the Portal
The Portal is provided to credit repair organizations (“CROs”) for whom Ninja Premium Outsourcing operates a Ninja Communications phone line under an active service agreement, and to individuals those CROs invite as additional users. Access is provisioned by Ninja Comms or by your CRO’s designated admin. You may not share your account with anyone else.
What the Portal does
The Portal is a read-only analytics and reporting tool. It shows call data, AI synopses, and metrics for the dedicated phone line we operate on your behalf. It is not a phone system, not a CRM, and not a system of record. The underlying telephony service is provided by GoTo Connect; the Portal queries that service’s API to render the data you see.
Your responsibilities
- Use the Portal only for your own legitimate business operations.
- Keep your password confidential. Don’t share it or your access code with anyone outside your authorized users.
- Don’t attempt to access calls, users, or data belonging to other CROs. The Portal’s tenant scoping enforces this — circumventing it is grounds for immediate termination and possible legal action.
- Don’t use the Portal to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of any third party, including the people who call your line.
- Comply with all applicable laws governing the use, recording, and analysis of telephone communications in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Portal beyond what’s viewable in normal browser inspection
- Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the Portal’s security
- Use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or harvest data from the Portal at volumes inconsistent with normal human use
- Send unsolicited commercial messages using contact information visible in the Portal
- Re-identify, combine, or correlate Portal data with external datasets in ways that would compromise the privacy of callers
Service availability
We aim to keep the Portal continuously available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Outages may result from issues with the Portal, our hosting provider (Vercel), our telephony provider (GoTo Connect), or upstream networks. Scheduled maintenance, version upgrades, and emergency fixes may take the Portal offline briefly.
Changes to the Portal
The Portal is under active development. Features, layouts, data shown, and AI behaviors may change without prior notice. We will not remove access to data we’ve told you would persist (for example, your daily email digest history) without reasonable notice.
Termination
Either party may terminate your Portal access at any time:
- You can request account removal by emailing support@ninjacomms.io
- Your CRO’s designated admin can remove you via the Users page
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abusive use, or when your CRO’s underlying service agreement ends
No warranty
The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI synopses, sentiment scores, and grades are best-effort interpretations of call data produced by automated systems and should not be treated as the system of record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Ninja Premium Outsourcing, its officers, employees, or service providers be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Portal. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages relating to the Portal is limited to the amounts paid by your organization to Ninja Comms in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Portal is the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
